Cross-border process
- Thirty minutes with one of our clinicians at one of our UK consultation rooms, or by video call. We photograph your starting point, design the smile, name the materials, and put a price on paper. No commitment at all.
- Your coordinator. Hotel and airport transfers are arranged on your behalf. Flights are not included unless agreed otherwise — most patients book their own and the coordinator helps with timing and the documentation a UK passport-holder needs to enter Türkiye.
- Each of our clinicians is publicly named on losmiles.uk, and you'll know who you're seeing in advance. Whether your UK consultation is with one of our resident dentists or a visiting consultant depends on the location and date — your coordinator confirms this when the appointment is booked.
- It is run jointly by investors and the clinical team. The Antalya practice combines UK investment with hands-on doctors covering prosthodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and paediatric dentistry across 15-plus years of combined work — and every clinician is named publicly on this site. We think you should know whose hands you are in before you book.
- Your warranty is honoured in the UK. Minor adjustments handled at our UK consultation rooms; lab work routes back to Antalya as needed. The named coordinator handles logistics end-to-end. Lifetime guarantee on implants, 5-year on crowns.

Treatment
- Most treatments complete in 5–7 days for veneers and crowns, 10–14 days for full-mouth rehabilitation. Implants are a two-stage process: surgical placement, then final crown 6–8 weeks later after osseointegration.
- Most patients report mild-to-moderate sensitivity for the first few days. We use local anaesthesia for any preparation work. Be honest with us at consultation about your pain tolerance and any anxiety — we adjust the plan accordingly.
- Yes. Plenty of patients tell us they are nervous — some about the dentistry, some about travelling to Antalya at all. We offer sedation for dental anxiety, so tell the coordinator at the start and we plan around it rather than spring it on you in the chair.
- Hiossen titanium implants come included as standard, and they carry the price list — the manufacturer is the Osstem group, with a published parts catalogue any UK dentist can look up. If you would rather have a premium system, Nobel Biocare or Straumann are available as an upgrade; the difference in cost is on your plan before you decide. Veneers and porcelain crowns are Ivoclar IPS e.max Press; zirconium crowns are zirconium dioxide milled in our on-site lab. Every brand specification is written into your treatment plan.
- Most adults with reasonable bone health and gum health are. Smokers, people with active periodontal disease, severe bruxism, or certain systemic conditions may need staged treatment or alternative protocols. We'll be honest at consultation if we don't think the result you want is the right one for you.
Warranty
- A lifetime guarantee on dental implants and a five-year guarantee on crowns. With reasonable care a crown typically lasts around twelve years, so the cover is not the whole story — but it is what we put behind material failure, debonding, and fracture under normal use. It does not stretch to trauma, missed recalls and home-care, or the natural recession of supporting tissue over time.
- You leave Antalya with detailed post-treatment instructions and your UK reviews booked. The dentists are reachable 24/7 if something worries you, follow-up consultations can be done online, and routine check-ups carry on at our UK consultation rooms.
- Email customer@losmiles.uk or message us on WhatsApp. Provide your case number, date of treatment, and a description of the issue (photographs help). The named coordinator will arrange a UK clinical assessment, and any necessary lab work routes back to Antalya at no further cost.
- No — the warranty applies to the original patient only.

Travel & accommodation
- Hotel accommodation for the treatment period, airport and clinic transfers, every consultation and the X-rays, and any fillings or extractions you turn out to need along the way. It is built so the quote at consultation is close to the figure you actually pay.
- No — patients book their own flights. We provide guidance on timing (avoid Monday-morning arrivals; allow a buffer day before the return) and assist with rebooking if treatment needs to extend.
- Yes, as for any international travel — covering medical treatment abroad and trip disruption. Speak to your provider about any pre-existing condition disclosures.
