Five steps,
one named coordinator.
From your first WhatsApp message through to the six-month follow-up, the same coordinator and the same clinical lead see your case end-to-end. The names on the file at month six are the names on the file at month one.
What happens after you land.
Most people arrive nervous — Eleanor told us as much last July, travelling on her own. So here is the next few hours, in the order they happen. Where we have a photograph of the place, it’s below. Where we don’t, we’ve written it down rather than borrow a stock image of somewhere you’re not going.
- 01 · Arrivals · the drive
Someone is at arrivals holding your name. From the airport to the hospital is about twenty-five minutes by car — Güzeloba, off Yaşar Sobutay Bulvarı — and most of it runs along the coast. We don’t have a photograph of the car or the road worth showing you, so we’ll just say it: you don’t carry your own bags, and you don’t navigate.
- 02 · The building
It is one building, on Yaşar Sobutay Bulvarı, with mountains behind it. You will recognise the signage before the car stops.

- 03 · Reception
Your UK coordinator manages your case from the UK, and the team that meets you at this desk has had your file open since before you booked the flight. A translator stays with you — Jennifer had one the full time last September.

- 04 · The wait
There is usually a short wait before anyone in scrubs sees you. The lounge is the green chesterfield and the big windows. It is a quieter room than you are bracing for.

- 05 · The treatment floor
This is where the work happens. Our resident dentists lead the clinical side, and the same dentist who saw you in the UK sees your case through. Most of the work lands on day three, after the scans and the planning.

By the evening you are back at the hotel with a day-by-day sheet on the bedside table and a name to message if you can’t sleep.
The whole pathway, in order.
From the first message to the six-month review. Where there is a real photograph of the place, it is shown; the UK steps are set in type, since we do not fake a UK picture.

The same coordinator and dentist throughout.
Two countries, the same two names on your file throughout. Your UK coordinator handles your case from the first enquiry; your named dentist leads the work in Antalya and sees you again in the UK at the six-week and six-month reviews. The case is not handed off in either direction.
The travel days carry the parts people forget to budget for — hotel, transfers, every scan and consultation, the small fillings and extractions that turn up along the way; what the course costs and exactly what it includes is set out on the pricing page, and the lifetime-and-five-year warranty is stated in full there too. The named materials behind the work live on the treatments page, and the unedited reviews on the reviews page.
