Cookie policy.
What we set, why we set it, and how to refuse the non-essential ones in two clicks.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files set on your device by the websites you visit. We also use similar technologies (local storage, session storage) for the same purposes. This page covers all of them collectively as “cookies.”
2. The categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required for the site to function. They store your locale preference (EN/TR), your cookie consent choice itself, and your form progress while you complete a booking or smile preview wizard. They cannot be turned off.
Performance & analytics (off by default)
These help us understand how the site is used and where it is slow so we can improve it. We currently use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect anonymised, aggregated usage data — pages visited, approximate region, device class, and Core Web Vitals timings. They do not record individual sessions, do not use third-party cookies, and do not build cross-site profiles. They only load after you have consented.
Marketing & attribution
We do not currently run any marketing or advertising pixels (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads conversion tag, no third-party ad networks). If that changes, we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent before any such cookie is set.
3. Your control
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. The “Reject all” option is given equal prominence to “Accept all” — neither is pre-selected.
4. Third-party embeds
A small number of pages embed third-party content — for example the Calendly booking widget, embedded Google Reviews, or our WhatsApp Business chat. These set their own cookies governed by their own policies. We only load these embeds after you have accepted analytics/marketing cookies; until then, the page renders a static placeholder with a link out instead of the live embed.
5. PECR & UK GDPR
This policy is written to comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. The lawful basis for any cookie that is not strictly necessary is your consent.
